    Interestingly, I think applying the same principle to other aspects of our society wouldn’t be so welcome. “Sorry, waiter, I’m giving the tip you earned to that homeless man across the street. He’s more deserving.”
    Sorry Mr. Contractor, I know it’s your money and you earned it but I’m giving our agreed-upon price to my little brother. He needs a bike for his paper route.
    It’s amazing that Obama really doesn’t try to hide from it. He’ll argue some ridiculous hair-splitting semantical argument and say “it’s not a redistribution of wealth, (chuckle, smile, sigh… ), it’s spreading the wealth! Duh!”

    I like the big point made in the article that on each side of the wealth spectrum, you are creating a disincentive to work. No one wants to work harder to keep the same amount and if you are getting a free-ride, then you want it to be free.

    Look at France and their wonderful work week of 33.5 hours that was just raised back up to 35 because it wasn’t working. Really, do we need to get cancer just so we know it isn’t good for your health?

    The audacity of this dope!
